Provider Services has developed a new process to streamline issues providers experience with ESP CareDirector Billing. Through collaboration with ESP leadership/Care-Case Management a fillable form has been developed to allow agencies to provide details of each billing issue.
Please begin utilizing the attached form effective immediately by completing the Provider Section, one form per client.
Please ONLY submit the form to the staff noted in the instructions. A decision regarding whether to approve/deny payment will be made and communicated back to the provider. The billing schedule remains in effect and has been attached for reference.
